Sei teche in plexiglass, due testi: una piccola biografia e un testo che non è un compendio al lavoro artistico ma un’opera, e due mappe fotografiche che generano tutto l’intreccio.
Oggi tutto è fotografia prima ancora di essere realtà, la realtà è diventata pornografica, si guarda e si fotografa il mondo per non pensarlo. La fotografia non ci serve per far vedere agli altri cosa abbiamo visto di importante da mostrare ma per chiedere agli altri chi siamo.
Siamo diventati trame senza un protagonista, infinite superfici viventi. Carne abitata da uno sguardo, corpi esposti alla vita e alla pazzia, corpi dentro altri corpi dalle radici bibliche, separati da un occhio che ci guarda e li ricompone.
Six Plexiglas showcases, two texts: a brief biography and a text that is not an outline of the artistic work but a work itself, and two photographic maps that generate the whole interweave.
Today everything is photography even before being reality. Reality has become pornographic, one looks at and photographs the world in order not to think about it. We do not need photography to show others the important things we have seen but to ask others who we are.
We have become plots without a protagonist, infinite living surfaces. Flesh inhabited by a glance, bodies exposed to life and madness, bodies within other bodies with biblical roots, separated by an eye that looks at us and recomposes them.
